“My wife and I reserved a room here on our last night of a 14 day trip to Croatia and Florence because our flight home was out of Rome. Staying here was a treat. We arrived at noon, and after some confusion about the location of our room we were able to get in and stow our backpacks. Note this is not a traditional hotel with a desk and attendant, but our contact was available via What’s App and she responded within a minute to our queries and cleared up our confusion. We were given access codes to the entrances and the key was left in our door. It was kind of nice to have a real, physical door key, by the way. The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed for the night. It had a smart TV and a mini fridge. The location was perfect for us. A 15 minute walk to Rome Termini, then a short 5 minute walk to the Forum area. We have been to Rome before but it was nice to walk around and see all the sights again. I would recommend the Rezidenza for first time Rome visitors and, in particular, for individuals or couples that want to be in the middle of it all. I wish we could have stayed longer.”

“This is the best place to stay in Rome! The location is perfect — just steps from the Colosseum and close to everything. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, making check-in easy and offering great local tips for dinner and breakfast. The apartment was spotless, well-equipped, and surprisingly quiet despite facing the street. I especially loved the coffee machine and the water filter machine in the shared area — such thoughtful touches that made our stay even more comfortable. Perfect location, great comfort, and amazing hospitality. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay here again!”

“Excellent location (only about 300m from the Colosseum), the room is impeccably clean, comfortable and modern. Very nice little added touches, like some snacks in the room and premium toiletries in the bathroom. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. Also situated in a historic looking building with an antique looking lift. I’ve stayed in many hotels and this is one of the best ones. Will definitely stay here again next time we’re in Rome.”

“This place was a great location. The rooms were well kept and nice. It is smaller but the amenities are good and the fixtures are newish. Alessandro was a great host and easy to connect with. He even helped us book an airport transfer in a nice car. I would strongly recommend this place if you want a hotel solely for sleeping, getting ready, and being close to all the tourist attractions!”

“If you want to have a perfect stay in Rome that’s the place. It’s near the Colosseo and the owner are very helpful for everything. If you have anything about the room you can text them and they make sure to solve it very quickly. The room is small but so comfortable After a long walking day in Rome. The bed is not to hard and not so soft so it’s perfect. I definitely recommend it to book this stay if you want a nice experience. I will come back to this stay again for sure if I ever go to Rome again. It’s also very good for the low price you are paying. So if you’re on a budget you and don’t want to go to a hostel that’s the perfect place. I felt very very welcomed here by the owners. Definitely a recommendation!”
